Internal decoration was very good and excellent location. Staff excellent.
Our room overlooked the "Jardim - Garden Room" which looks tired and could do with some repainting and the pond was a filthy muddy green. How the fish and terrapins survive I do not know and it will be a breeding ground for mosquitos in the summer. The only other negative comment is that the "hot breakfast" was rarely hot at all.

At the end of the day, it’s good vslue for money in a great location

It’s a bit tired and needs refurbishing (rooms are ok but it’s the public areas that need the work)
